We're excited to feature The Garland City Consort on April 19 for their "Bach's Birthday Bash" event.

If you're not familiar with them, you're in for a wonderful treat! The Garland City Consort is one of the world’s few musician-owned cooperative orchestras in the world.

Touring regionally, the Consort is dedicated to music in the Baroque aesthetic, including new & unique arrangements of familiar music, and music by obscure and anonymous composers.

We're excited to see them perform at The Union on April 19. See you there!

We have been planning and waiting and getting ready to install our custom, vintage-style bar at The Union and it's coming together! The first piece is installed (phewf!) and we can't wait to finish it all.

We had a great time recently hosting a corporate event at The Union. But one of our favorite parts is coming up with custom cocktails for each event, including this Flannel Fizz made with Prosecco, Campari, and orange and rosemary garnishes. It was a huge hit!
