We’re really excited about the updates happening in our downstairs boutique, including some collaboration with local shops.

We've been teasing out some of our exciting news about the shop, and now that the cat's out of the bag, we'd love to share more about what the next weeks and months ahead will look like!

The Union Boutique will continue to remain in our historic Union building, but we're happy to announce that both A New Season and Alli Ln. Boutique will also have some of their merchandise in the shop! A New Season will feature curated and gorgeous home decor styles and options, and Alli Ln. Boutique will feature some unique and versatile clothing options for women of all ages.

We are over-the-moon about these new developments for The Union Boutique and can't wait to bring this expanded shopping experience to our community!

Not to brag, but we honestly love showing off the remodeled venue to pretty much anyone who wants to take a peek.

They don't make buildings like this 1923 Union Bank anymore, and we feel absolutely honored that we get to play a part in bringing it back to life!

We are so honored to have been able to host the Wisconsin Rural Partners this evening and showcase the updates to our new space!

Renovating this incredible building has been such a huge undertaking, but so rewarding to see how this place is coming together. We are so grateful to all of our friends who helped out tonight, for New China Restaurant’s delicious catering, and for the great discussions we were able to have about Ashland, our downtown, and our small businesses.

So honored to have been included on the tour of Ashland. Excited to see this amazing community continue to grow.! 

Yesterday, Lieutenant Governor Sara Rodriguez visited Ashland and met with 13 businesses on the Trolley!! We had a fruitful discussion about business ownership in Ashland, the downtown, the area economy, the obstacles we face, and the victories we enjoy. We also enjoyed showing her the beautiful event center at The Union Boutique. Sara was so engaged and loved our community. She will also make her way to fish “against” the Governor!

And boy are we taking risks! 😂 But it's all for the greater good of bringing these details back to life. It's almost like repainting our very own fresco. We're so happy the original design of this building includes the minute details in the ceiling. They don't make buildings like this anymore!

Our electrician, Tyler, with Jolma Electric, LLC, snapped this photo after doing incredible work on the original skylight inside the building.

Even though we have some exterior work to do, we're still amazed at the longevity and elegance of this historic building.

Things are coming together!

Restoring a historic building that's over 100 years old is tough work! But meeting with local caterers, seeing work done on the venue, and already getting inquiries for weddings is getting us so excited for 2024 plans!
