The last part of the journey is seated meditation, often with specific kriyas that usually include mantras, mudras, and movement.

Jaya Lakshmi will offer a cacao ceremony on Sunday afternoon with music and songs.

Tomorrow: 🌈 Rainbow R***e 🎵 post-Rainbow Gathering Concert w/ Rainbow Allstars ~ Sat 7/30 ~ Jackson Wellsprings, Ashland

Tomorrow evening's event ~ Rainbow R***e ~ will be showcasing musicians who have been sharing their songs at Rainbow Gatherings for many years.

While we can't guarantee that it will be a cool evening temperature-wise, the vibes will be way-cool 😎, the music will be sweet nectar for the heart and soul, and the back meadow at Jackson Wellsprings will be fully in the shade by 7pm when the show begins! The concert will start on time because there are a lot of performers and several bands to fit into a few hours. So, please come by 7pm to catch all the performers!
