We are culinary artists who take great pride in the presentation and taste of each meal we create, while at the same time striving to inspire healthful and sustainable eating practices. We support community-based agriculture and permaculture food production whenever possible, emphasizing the use of lo

cally grown, seasonal ingredients. We are a true farm-to-table company and we love "shaking the hand of our farmers". Our dishes are real, rustic and harvested fresh. We believe that cooking requires nourishment and love ~ and that process begins at the rooted seed. OUR MISSION IS SIMPLE. HEALTHY CUISINE CAN BE JOYFUL, CREATIVE – AND, OF COURSE – BEAUTIFUL & DELICIOUS! Eat’s core principles guide their approach. We believe in working closely with our clients to make your event unforgettable, from the menu planning stage to when the big day arrives. Eat believes in compassion and flexibility to meet our client’s needs. Eat has extensive experience working with specific dietary requirements and food allergies. Our passion for farm-to-table dinners, where locally grown ingredients keep the links between community farming and the pleasure of eating strong, translates into how we approach every gathering. Eat strives to support local agriculture, permaculture food production, and sustainable practices in both principle and practice. Most of all, Eat believes that healthy cuisine can be joyful, creative - and, of course, beautiful and delicious!

CONGRATULATIONS TO BARCLAY + MOLLY DODGE OF Bosq ON THEIR FIRST MICHELIN 🌟 - IT'S OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN COLORADO!!! ANOTHER CONGRATS TO ALL THE COLORADO RESTAURANTS WHO ALSO RECEIVED A MICHELIN STAR OR GREEN STAR AND HAVE PUT COLORADO ON THE MAP!! THIS IS HUGE!!

Colorado officially has five Michelin star restaurants. The Colorado Michelin guide also includes green star restaurants and other recommended eateries.

PLEASE READ + STOP USING THE LAUNDRESS DETERGENT ASAP! Just got this email warning from the laundry detergent we've been using for years. Recently, Kevin and I have noticed our skin itching like crazy and bumpy breakouts - which we have been blaming the change in weather and the sudden cold temps. Seems this might be it??

Dear Valued Customer,

This safety notice is to inform you to immediately stop using all The Laundress products in your possession. We have identified the potential presence of elevated levels of bacteria in some of our products that present a safety concern.

Based on our investigation to date, we are not aware of any adverse health impacts related to this issue.

Your safety and the quality of our products is our top priority. As such, we are sending you this safety notice. We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure that our products meet our standards and your expectations.

We apologize for this situation and appreciate your attention to this notice.

We will reach out to you with an update about the products impacted and how to obtain a reimbursement or replacement as soon as possible.
