We have a full party rental shop conveniently located at the Aspen Business Center (the ABC), across from the Aspen Airport. "Your local choice..."

Locally owned and operated by John and Stephanie Swim since 1979. All these years later and we are still enjoying working with our return customers as well as new ones! We offer personalized service with competitive prices.

We have the experience from our catering business to help you decide what your party rental needs are. All those small but important items that get forgotten, we will remembe

r for you! From tents, heaters, tables and chairs to china, glassware, flatware, linen and service ware. We offer walk-in service or delivery service for our rental customers. We also fill propane tanks. We know you have a choice in party rental (and catering) companies and we would love to be your choice! So please, give us a call and lets plan a party together! Just a few of our spring events. From the ladies luncheon at the Snowmass Chapel, to an event for the Wheeler Opera House and and graduation party at the Snowmass town park. Our tents, tables, chairs and linens help make it a party!

As some of you may have noticed, the Disabled Veterans are back in town! We have once again been asked to set up our tent, tables and chairs for the veterans winter clinic that is partially sponsored by our local Elks Lodge. The event is held at a nearby ranch that offers the veterans some fun activities such as fishing and cycling. They are also feed hot meals to get them warmed up and ready for the days adventures! And....like the license plate on this very patriotic and cool Ford says, don't forget to "Thank a Vet" when you see them on the mountain or around town!

Rented our Regal Red table cloths to this group again this weekend. They are having another event this weekend on Snowmass mountain. Gotta have matching reds!

Our tents get used for more than weddings and backyard BBQs! Our tents, tables and chairs were used for the topping off luncheon for the Shaw Construction LLC crew working on the Burlingame Stage III affordable housing project. Love the flag guys!!!

Setting up for the wedding reception for our friends daughters wedding at the Spring Creeks Ranch on Sept. 25th. It was a beautiful day for a wedding!
