As we close out the first full year we are blessed and grateful for everyone that came out to the ranch! We celebrated love, life, babies, birthdays! We are working on improvements to continue to beautify our property! We look forward to celebrating love all year!

May this new year continue to bless each and everyone of you! May anyone meant for evil be blocked from your path!

Help us feed families for Christmas!!

It's that time of year where Go'Shen Point BBQ along with the help of friends, family, business associates, customers, and GPBBQ team gives back! Everyone gives because they want to be a blessing to a family that needs a reason to smile and have hope.

In the past we have cooked for families who children were battling brain and testicular cancer. Families who had unexpected father passing, so they didn't have money for a family meal because all the money went to the funeral, now as a result of your generosity, they were able gather around the table for Christmas meal!

In 2019 we fed 45 families! This year we hope to feed even more!

Ways to help!
1.Nominate a family. Email us why we should select that family!
This family who could use a blessing to start the new year!
2. Donate
Can donate money, gift cards, can goods, rolls, dessert etc
3. Volunteer
Volunteer to help man pit, make sides, deliver meals to families that can't pick up, help organize family meals day of pick and delivery, etc
4. Share our post
Even if you can't nominate, donate, or volunteer, you can share!!! Tag someone or a business that may want to help.

When I spoke to Dolly about getting married, I asked all the usual questions including how many people? She simply said there will be 3 of us and the pastor. I said are you sure, we can put out chairs. She simply said with all love in her voice, I don’t want to wait to marry him! We will have a big celebration later, but that day I just want us! ❤️💍💒💕

On April 3rd, we got a message about renting our venue for a wedding on April 15. I assumed next year! Nope this year. Joy lives in California and Cory is in military here in San Antonio. They were set to get married April 22nd with over 150 guest in California! Then he gets papers to report to his next duty station April 19. So 30 of their amazing friends booked a flight one from Scotland and rest from California area and celebrated their love! It was amazing!!

So congratulations to Joy and Cory on their beautiful wedding at The Go'Shen Oaks Ranch. We were honored to cater your special day with our mouth-watering Go'Shen Point BBQ. We hope our delicious food added to the joy and memories of their celebration. Wishing the happy couple a lifetime of love and happiness together.

This weekend Go'Shen Point BBQ catered a wedding and as I was talking to guest she mentioned she was about to be married 60 years! First she did not look old enough to be married 60 years!

Second I asked her what the secret to happy marriage? Can I just say she gave the absolute best answer!! Everyone always say compromise, me time, us time etc. Her answer was simple there is no secret it’s because I love him! I want to make memories with him!
