We have a lot of inquiries about the Grand Tasting we are offering on 2/22!

While couples and their guests are arriving we have “cocktail” hour. There will be a bartender providing drinks and there will be appetizers to try. It’s also an opportunity to start to meet the teams that work our events as well as meet other couples.

This is not just for people looking for caterers for weddings! If you are having an event and need a caterer this is a great opportunity to try our food!

Come HUNGRY!!! We will then move into dinner to provide salad, a variety of meats, sides, and a late night snack. Again, come HUNGRY!!

There is a group Q&A sessions as well as individual if needed. Last years couples like this because people asked questions other couples didn’t think to ask!

We currently have a bartending service and photobooth vendor you can meet if looking for those options.

We are offering a $10 discount off the price for a couple and $5 off the price for a single person, when paid in full by 2/9

🚨🔥 Go’Shen Point BBQ is starting the year off STRONG! 🔥🚨

We were honored to cater for the funeral of a retired Fire Chief at the SAFD Union Hall – serving up comfort in the way we know best, with smoked meats and Southern hospitality.
A guest came up to me and said while the food was amazing the service with smiles was everything!! Great job team!

Then, we hit the road and brought the flavor to Kerrville for Noah and Sarah’s beautiful wedding at Sendera Springs. From solemn gatherings to joyous celebrations, we’re here for every occasion.

We started the week at The San Antonio Fire Museum! Retired SAFD Enginner Luna, gather fellow retired firefighters for an amazing dinner. As always we love supporting our fire families!!!


We catered at Helotes Beer Garden for FSCX/ECAC Christmas party! If you are looking for a cute spot to chill and hangout at. The Beer Garden was a cool spot!!

We celebrated Amber at The Go'Shen Oaks Ranch! All charcuterie mixed with pozole! Oh yeah we do that too!!!

Huge shout out to Vanessa with Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas, Inc. for calling for 3rd time this month! This time they had a friends themed breakfast! We opted for mix of Mexican sweet breads and muffins! Our briskets in gravy over biscuits, fresh fruit, breakfast quiches, juices and more! They loved it! Ron P even jazzed up the set up 😉

We had the pleasure of squeezing in a tasting!!! Elisa and Xavier!! We are excited to celebrate love with you next May!!!!

What an amazing start to December! We survived Thanksgiving now let’s bring on Christmas!!!!!

To our team just wow! Y’all have showed up and showed out!

We started the month cooking for Cornerstone Church. They were doing the lighting of the tree and we fed the family and band performing!

Then this week was a week of we want y’all to cater but we don’t want BBQ!

Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas, Inc. asked us to make sandwich lunch boxes, but no BBQ! We did a variety of sandwiches and salads! That smoked chicken salad and those Club sandwiches sealed the deal for us to come back this week!

We ended the week with 6 events in 48 hours….

We cooked for the annual Rick Cortez Christmas Dinner for cancer survivors! Rick passed away a couple years back but his wife and benevolent fund continues to have a dinner! It’s beautiful night of fellowship!! Every year they ask for a different cuisine! This year we did teriyaki chicken, Mongolian beef, fried rice, steamed rice, egg rolls, stir fry noodles, stir fry vegetables, finished with banana pudding!!!


Brie with Pima Medical Institute saw a few of Ron P’s videos and knew they wanted us to cater their holiday luncheon! Thank you for trusting us with your meal!

Our Next catering was for Pool Corp! Last year we catered their holiday meal, and they called again this year! No need to change the menu! Just run it back! So we did Prime Rib complete with Auju and horseradish, mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, salad, and bacon wrapped chicken!!

We have been catering for BNB Energy for past few years! We usually travel to Dilley but this years Christmas party brought some of the employees to the ranch for a catered meal! We did charcuterie, our strawberry Salad, our zuppa toscana soup, ribeyes and lobster tails, grilled veggies mashed potatoes, and ended with that mouthwatering banana pudding! No one loved in San Antonio! The owners came from Oklahoma, people came from Colorado, the valley to name a few!

We travelled to Floresville to cater the Nieto Quince! When we did the tasting the parents wanted BBQ but the twins wanted chicken Alfredo!!! Everyone loved the food! Our team even joined in on the dancing and fun!! Yes the customer said it was okay!!

We ended the week celebrating TLU Bulldogs Women’s Soccer! At the start of the year we catered their start of the season dinner! They said when we win the championship this year do we get to come back! We said absolutely! Well they didn’t win but they made it the championship game and lost in TRIPLE Overtime! They played one hell of a game!!! Keep your head up ladies! They ate Caesar salad, Zuppa Toscana, chicken Alfredo!
