This week was much of the same!! We were all over surrounding areas!

We started the weekend with company parties!! Thank you for Elsa for ordering our Thanksgiving packages for 2 shifts !!

We also hosted company party for one of the Rackspace teams! This is the 2nd time they come out to The Go'Shen Oaks Ranch to host their luncheon.

We also had the honor and privilege to cater Troy’s retirement from Air Force at VFW Post 76 SATX. We served from the food truck. Let’s just say it’s a good thing Ron P use to drive fire trucks lol People were clapping when he parked lol

We also took our talents to Fredericksburg! We cater the stunning Daniella and Sean wedding Ginger Ranch. They selected our crowd favorite Brisket Cream Cheese Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno and Taste of San Antonio with our smoked salsa,made from scratch guacamole, and ooh the queso everyone loves! Followed by brisket chicken, cream corn, and that holiday favorites, sweet Potato casserole!!! And finished with apple cobbler.. yes we do that too! Weather was beautiful family and guest were amazing!

We finished the week with a fire family! We catered Kathryn and Anthony’s wedding at The Allen Farmhaus in Gruene! Fun fact Anthony was on of the instructors when Ron went thru paramedic school.

This is “slow week”so look for upcoming post to come out to truck this week!

Man what an amazing week! was all over town!!

We start at to cater for Joe Rios’s retirement from ! What an honor it always is to get call from my brother/sister in red! I left the department but not the fire family!

We traveled to Helotes to cater the beautiful wedding for Colin and Arianna atGardens at Old Town Helotess!

We also took our talents to New Braunfels atLa Dolce Vitaa
We would had the honor of catering another fire family!!! Dana and Tommy are officially Mr.and Mrs. Williams!! Many blessings to you both! Tommy keep that woman smiling! Love looks good on you both!


We also got to cater Melodies rehearsal dinner! She saw a video last week and had to place an order! Her family was coming from out of town and she wanted them to have Texas BBQ!!!

We also fed another fire family! The Saucedo family celebrated and were the hero to their own party! They picked up the goodness to share with friends and family!

We also traveled tDos Palomas Ranchalomas Ranch to celebrate Nicolas and Emma! There was sooo much love in the room that night!

We also catered for the Jacob’s family! We got to meet 2 of the sons! First they were so polite but they were a pleasure to talk too! Look forward to next time! We have been catering for the Jacob’s family for multiple events the past few years! We love catering for repeat customers!!! Thank you for referring us to other customers! See you for your holiday meal


We also took care of Beautiglo Customer appreciation party! Call Mj Brown for all your body sculpting, facials, lip fillers and so much more!! I will put her link in comments
We provide charcuterie, our signature Strawberry salad, pasta salad, and we partnered with Berry Delyssious!!!
For chocolate covered strawberries for 3 events this week!

We ended the week with a little peaches the way baby shower! Let me just say baby girl is set! She is spoiled with lots of love!

When a venue owner/manager or coordinator tells me your team is so polite and you come back anytime you want! It makes our heart smile!
