Farmers/ Producers
-Clower Honey Farm will be bringing our honey a long with fresh canned pickles and potatoes
-Always Foraging Farm will be back with pasture raised, non soy/gmo/corn fed Chicken: whole and ground! Eggs, while they last, come early. Also come by and check out our newest recipe for whole Instapot Chicken.
-What's Growing On will be there this weekend with 8 different Salsas, 5 different Hot Sauces, Chamomile Tea, Radishes, and Microgreens.
-R/C Flower Farm will be at the Market with large mixed bouquets and small mason jar arrangements.
-Penny's back with all your chicken needs for the 4th of July festivities! Ask about our specials! No soy, non GMO and all the cuts! Breasts, wings, leg quarters and tenders!
-TnT Ranch will be there with the Beef! Filets, T-Bones, Ribeyes, New York Strip Steak, Sirloin Steak, Skirt Steak, Tenderized Round Steak, Roast, Short Ribs, and Ground Beef!! Grass Fed, Grain Finished.
-Thomas-Patterson Farm, LLC practices regenerative agriculture to provide pasture raised, heritage KuneKune Pork that is like no other. -Ed and Red Farms will be at Athens Tx Farmer's Market this Saturday July ONE With delectable, delicious Gourmet mushrooms! We will be offering Some Lion's mane, and the Oyster varieties of mixed baskets of Golden, Elm, King Blues, Snow and Italian . We willnalso be offer mushroom powdered supplements of Lion's mane, Reshi and Vital a combination of 8 nutritionnal/medicinal mushrooms that we source from one of our Spawn producers from their family farm in Hadley Massachusetts.

-Sky’s Sourdough will be at the market this Saturday! We’ll have our handcrafted artisan sourdough loaves and boules, sourdough starter, other sourdough goodies and as always plenty of samples!
-Need buns for your cook-out?? We will have them ready for you. We also will have a couple of new loaves to try as well. We will also have a couple of breakfast goodies as well.
-221B Bakery will be at the market this Saturday! We'll be bringing some tasty treats including our fan favorite Chocolate Walnut Baklava, Cinnamon Sugar Pecans and Banana Bread to name a few! Stop by to pick some up or even to preorder some dessert trays for the 4th, Hope to see you there!
