REQUIREMENTS
Excellent customer service skills, experience preferred; strong oral & written communication skills; demonstrated time management & organizational ability; proficient with Microsoft Office and online apps such as Google docs & Google Sheets

RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phones & emails, greet patrons, transact sales, record messages; keep donor & volunteer records and prepare communications (thank you letters, donation requests); maintain working knowledge of programs & events and staff events & rentals as scheduled; administrative duties as assigned

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
Part Time position: 28 hours per week, includes:Office hours M, T, TH, F (set schedule with minimal flexibility) 2-4 evening/weekend events per month, varying schedule
Hourly rate with monthly pay
