Join us for an evening with Into the Fog on Jan 4th!

Into the Fog is a psychedelic jam/grass band from Raleigh, North Carolina that combines timeless songwriting with progressive instrumentation and tight harmonies.

The group consists of Winston Mitchell (mandolin), Derek Lane (upright bass), and Connor Kozlosky (guitar), with everyone contributing on vocals.

The band’s members have varied musical backgrounds that range from bluegrass to funk, which helps create Into The Fog’s genre-jumping sound.

Our team is winding down for the holidays, and we are reflecting on what a GREAT year it has been at Live Wire Athens!

It is easy to love what you do when you work with this incredible crew. Time after time, they rise to the occasion to cultivate a positive experience and a welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors. Our staff celebrated their hard work with some holiday cheer and caroling karaoke.

Featuring: a 15 ft. cinema size screen, 3 additional screens, professional audio, a FULL BAR, Corn hole, and other games for the kids.

FREE Admission for all ages (limited seating available) Doors open to the public at 3pm. UGA VS TEXAS Kick-off at 4 pm.

Reserve a Table in Robertson Hall in front of our 15’ Cinema screen. $20 per table (seats 1-10, very limited)

AthFest 2024 was pure magic - Watching our city come together to celebrate local music and uplift the next generation of artists makes us proud to call Athens home. Our sunburns will fade (we hope), but the memories will last (Okay, we’re done being corny for now). A major thank you to all the incredible artists and musicians, staff and volunteers working round the clock, the vendors and downtown businesses who kept us fed, watered, and shaded, Acc Solid Waste for making it sustainable, and our organizers at AthFest Music & Arts Festival and Athfest Educates for making it happen!

It’s rare to see Algy making a cocktail sans rum, and even rarer on Tiki Taco Tuesday. 🍹 Introducing the Saturn, a drink so out of this world that even this rum aficionado was inspired to add it to our weekly tiki menu. The Recipe: Ford’s Gin, Falernum, Liber & Co Orgeat, and Liber & Co Passion Fruit Syrup. The Saturn pairs well with seasonal tacos from Don Carne, our on-site Chef this evening. 🌮 You can only get the Saturn on Tuesdays from 5 to 10 PM-ish at Live Wire Athens, so don’t miss out! 🪐
