Our ribbon cutting and celebration is Thursday, August 15 5:30-7:00 pm! We invite and all of you and your friends and family to attend as this is open to the public. The ceremony will be shortly after 5:30. Larry's Dawg House and Kona Ice of Athens Ohio will both be serving free refreshments and DJ B-Funk will be there to make it fun and musical. We hope to see you all there at Alexander Local Schools to celebrate our donors, our children, and our community!

DJ’ed a wedding last night for some bobcats and they reminded me they went to back in the day. Makes my heart smile to know people enjoyed our parties.

I don’t hear people talk about it much at all and it feels so long ago. But man those were some of the BEST times. I don’t know where the peak of my dj career will go as I keep climbing but I helped create and dj’ed the #1 dance party at the #1 party school IN THE NATION.

That’s facts.

Do we still hold the attendance record at ?
Maybe can help us with that. We once had a line to CHIPOTLE. Not whits not goodfellas. I can’t make this up.

I’ve been an electronic music fan before I knew how to describe what type of music I liked. And I’ve always felt on the outside/unseen with my musical interests and further compounding that with being a black man who grew up in a supremely white mostly rock and roll environment meant that I never connected with many on music in my youth. But then I discovered the internet and chat rooms, started going to shows, and now I’m connecting with strangers on small moments like these! love Island is a b side on Fatboy’s landmark album and I never thought I’d hear it live. And I bet everyone in the crowd felt the same until they heard that infectious melody! Then it was game on! Anyway! Just a big fan of this trailer and the music. Want to share it as much as I can on this day. It’s hard to pick one song that sits above them all but it’s this trailer reinterpretation music for me. Hits all the themes and the promise this trailer carried is still MIND BOGGLING. I watch this like a few times a year just for the feels. Am I really seeing Kylo Ren reference Darth Vader directly?
