Thousands of students make their way to Athens, GA, each year. Groups such as the Technology Student Association (TSA), Georgia Music Educators Association (GMEA), and the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) aim to develop leadership and career skills for their members, helping students hone in on productive career paths well before they have to choose what happens post-graduation.
Students interested in getting a behind-the-scenes look at the hospitality industry have the opportunity through The Classic Center’s Hospitality Careers Academy. HCA provides attendees with hands-on learning when planning an event. Students will gain experience in hospitality, marketing, culinary, event planning, stage production, and more.
