Shara is a hospitality graduate from Georgia State University. She named Phenomenal Moments after a poem recitation where she read Phenomenal Woman by Maya Angelou. After that reading her grandmother would always call her a phenomenal woman until her passing. This business is dedicated to performing a phenomenal event of your choosing.
