Chef Jerome A. Little began cooking at the tender age of eight. He would spend hours in the kitchen watching his mother and grandmother prepare meals for their family. Even as a child, Chef Jerome knew that he had a undying love for food and that this was something that he wanted to spend the rest of his life doing.
