Short story time:
I met this lovely Bride as she was the Hair Stylist for a past client of mine! She asked the Bride about my services and before leaving told me she was booking me for her wedding the following year! Sure enough she did! Right before her wedding I booked her to bless my hair for my maternity shoot! And she got me all the way together ☺️! One day I’ll share those pics, lol.

Wedding Planner vs Wedding Coordinator vs Venue Coordinator?!? What’s the difference?

While some duties may overlap, some key differences include (but not limited to):

-Scope: Wedding Planners are involved in the full planning process. Wedding Coordinators focus on the wedding day. Venue Coordinators are concerned with venue-specific tasks.
-Duties: Wedding Planners handle broader logistics and creative aspects. Wedding Coordinators manage day-of details. Venue coordinators concentrate on the venue’s role in the event.
-Timing: Wedding Planners are involved from the start. Wedding Coordinators step in closer to the wedding day. Venue Coordinators focus on the day of the event.
