During the busy holiday season no one wants to change plans but sometimes it’s necessary. Personally, if I can function I ask my client to decide if they want to move forward with the session. If it’s an event, requiring more energy then I can rely on a backup photographer.

Luckily, I have never had to cancel on a client but it’s good practice to have a backup plan in place.
