We’ve been a little busy over at Four Mile Lane the past few months… 😊

Sweet Baby Loftin made his arrival on April 14th and has been filling our world with joyful smiles ever since! He is just the best thing to ever happen to me!

We will be back in action at the end of the summer, with old favorites and some really neat new ideas!

If you’ve got a need beginning in August, please reach out. We can’t wait to celebrate with y’all!

The people have spoken and have demanded that we bring back a few Christmas favorites from last year!

And while Chad and I are in the thick of moving, as well as party catering, I can’t leave y’all hanging! So here we are - and yes, the candy boxes will contain potent Buffalo Trace bourbon balls just like last year. 😘

Christmas brunch options will be sold as “ready for the oven” on Christmas morning and all gift boxes will be festively wrapped. DM us to order or with any questions!

This weekend, we’ve got our *almost* famous strawberry vanilla cake on special. This cake is made with a homemade strawberry reduction and boy, it is GOOD.

There was ice cream, there was a strawberry cake, there was SO MUCH FUN! 🍦🍓 🧜‍♀️

What a glorious day providing a special baptism lunch and mermaid theme birthday party for the sweetest family!

The birthday mermaid specifically requested an ice cream bar and we made it happen! With rock candy coral, seaweed swirly lollipops, and sea kelp sour belts! The adults at the party were also taken care of with fun appetizers and a refreshing white citrus sangria.

Lunch was a delicious meal of poppyseed chicken, corn soufflé, spinach and strawberry salad, and the reigning favorite - strawberry vanilla cake! And the cutest citrus punch in our antique punch bowl.

Unpopular Southern opinion… I don’t care for mint juleps! 🫣

But I LOVE the Kentucky Derby! And as we prepare for the Run for the Roses, I wanted to share the Four Mile Lane spin on the lesser known but absolutely delicious Oaks Lily Cocktail.

Using Ketel One Botanical vodka, the Lily is the most beautiful , springy shade of pink and is just perfect for your Derby porch party. Plain vodka can also be used and is also delicious, but at Four Mile Lane, we don’t do anything “plainly.” 💁🏼‍♀️

Here’s a fun, St. Patrick’s Day theme recipe for little hands! Focusing on the core words, “look, that, same, different” and making everyone’s favorite treat - PIZZA! 🍕

Talk with your little ones about the different ingredients you need, how some peppers look different and some look the same, how some sauces tastes different, and how you can look for shamrocks in your own yard!

Now THAT is a sham-rocking activity!

Thank you.

Thank you all for your patience, your kindness, your love. Chad and I feel so grateful for all of you that have reached out, that have prayed, that have loved us so loudly through our pregnancy loss and the complications that followed.

We appreciate you all for allowing us space and time to grieve and to celebrate. But we are ready to get back into what we love - making celebrations special and to put it simply - helping everyone to have really good days.

Laissez les bons temps rouler!

We had an amazing time celebrating Mardi Gras season yesterday! Complete with a seafood boil chock full of crawfish and blue crab, king cake shots, PLENTY of hurricanes, and learning how to shuck an oyster!

Four Mile Lane LOVES a theme party and we gotta say, Mardi Gras is definitely a favorite. Thank y’all for coming out on a beautiful Saturday to have some fun!
