As planners our job is to make sure your day runs smoothly and the last thing we are going to do is hand all of your guests light up batons or leis with tabs. It takes longer for your guests to enjoy the fun, and the venue will hate having to clean up all of the trash. We will 100% without a doubt take the tabs out for you before passing them out on the dance floor, however….it makes our job SO MUCH easier when they are pulled before the wedding!
There are very few weddings where we actually have down time to spend 15 minutes pulling tabs and organizing light up items, so to avoid rushing around on the day of - it’s best to bring them with tabs pulled!
You can even have a tab pulling party with your bridesmaids!

Windy weddings are so common for us lately, so much so in fact that we have had to implement this trick at every wedding this season.
We spent so much time fixing table cloths and decor just for the wind to mess it all up again, until we discovered wrapping the table cloths! It’s such a game changer!
As wedding planners we work with what we have so there aren’t always clips, ribbons, bows, table magnets, etc to be able to use so we had to get creative!
