There are several vendors involved, venue rules, contract agreements, load in-load out, set-up/break-down, client special requests, guest management, and the list goes on as all of these things are created with a timeline to ensure a beautiful seamless day! All of these things must be planned for and communicated to those involved.

It’s Dinner Party Time!!
Family, Friends, Irresistible Food, Festive Drinks, & Great Conversations!
I plan, host, and celebrate with dinner parties all year long but there’s something about dinner parties during the holidays that makes it extra special.
A few quick tips before you host your next dinner party!
Think of the design (color palette, tablescape, flowers, candles, personalized settings and determine where you will shop for these items) I love
Select a menu for food (don’t forget to ask guests about food allergies, special diets, and decide if you’re cooking, catering, or doing potluck style)
Mix it up with some cocktails and garnish with fruit (don’t forget the ice as some guests love it on the rocks) Fun fact: My husband and I love mixing and making cocktails- his are always stronger than mine but mines are better 😛
Create your guest list and send out your invites- (this can be done digitally, with mail-outs, or even a personal phone call)
Don’t forget entertainment- hands down games are always the thing at my parties from family feud, heads up, various card games, everything from wild n out, to so many more (music is also a huge part of every dinner party for me also).
