🌿 We are looking for a seasoned Lead Floral Designer with over 10 years of floral experience to join our team at Terminus 330. You will also be working with our in-house floral shop, Three Thirty Florals, creating exceptional floral designs that enhance our venue’s reputation and elevate our clients' experiences. This full-time salaried role requires someone knowledgeable, organized, and comfortable with taking the lead on floral projects, with a creative edge and the ability to develop efficient processes.

🪻 This position requires you to be onsite 5 days (varied which days), with occasional weekend availability for events as needed.

🌺 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and create custom floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and other occasions within our venue and for external clients.
- Develop streamlined processes for floral production, inventory management, and workflow to maintain a high standard of service.
- Provide expert consultations to clients, guiding them in selecting flowers and designs that align with their event vision.
- Oversee and manage floral inventory, coordinating with vendors for flower and supply orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and prepare flowers for events, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Assist with the setup and on-site delivery of floral arrangements as required for events.
- Keep up with floral design trends, incorporating fresh and inspiring ideas into our floral offerings.

🌻 QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of professional experience as a florist or in a related floral design role.
- Extensive knowledge of flower varieties, seasonality, and floral care.
- Exceptional creative skills, with a strong sense of aesthetics and design.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to develop efficient workflows.
- Strong customer service abilities with experience in client consultations.
- Flexibility to support weekend events as needed.
- Physical capability to lift and transport floral arrangements and supplies.
