Almost forgot to post this year’s contribution to the sugar cookie world…before these become coffee snacks this week 😋

Christmas Day dessert post—this year was an Unbaked Atlanta. 🤣 we love an ice cream cake so I leveled up with layers of ice cream (not gonna front… I used vanilla that I doctored up with some mixins), a holiday sprinkle cake and a homemade brownie (both scratch) all enrobed in fresh whipped cream with festive sprinkles. In between layers were salted caramel and fudge sauces. A mix of store bought and homemade ingredients, but all the labor was mine. ❤️ PS- Dear Santa, please bring me a blast freezer for the next time. 🎂 🎅🏻 🎄
