Every year I enjoy watching the MLK Commemorative Service on television. All the singing and uplifting messages are always so enlightening. Well, this year was a little different. I wasn’t able to watch because I was busy catering the event!! I’m so overjoyed and honored for the opportunities. Tuesday evening MLK kick off celebration and today’s Commemorative reception will forever be lasting memories that I will cherish forever. MJ's Exquisite Events LLC

Cooking for me is my sanctuary. It takes me back to my grandmothers kitchen. The savory aromas makes me feel at home.

When I make my most requested dish, my famous chicken salad, I prepare it with all the love that I was raised with. I’ve had clients travel from out of state (turn around trip from North Carolina)for my chicken salad. Yes, it’s that good!!

I’m working to taking it to the next level (a store near you). Look out 2024!!!! If you have yet to experience this magnificent dish, you are definitely missing out. Please contact me so you can witness the delicious flavorful savory taste that will leave you wanting more.
