People say you only live once, and I say that is not true.. you live every day and you only die once. So take advantage of each day and know that every day is a new day and a new opportunity. I was blessed this month to have a 5 day conference, a wedding and a 4 day conference, so I took a little time for me.

Ended the week with a little sunshine and remembering to start this week with a smile knowing each day is a new opportunity!!
