I had the incredible opportunity to attend my first Kinetic Experiences at El Encanto, set in the picturesque hills of Santa Barbara, California.

This intimate gathering brought together top Wedding & Event Professionals from across the country for 3.5 days of deep networking, insightful conversations, and strategic masterminding. Through speaker sessions, progressive meals, and fireside storytelling, we cultivated meaningful connections that extend beyond business, often evolving into valuable partnerships and industry friendships.

✨ Tangie Turns 50… but make it Hello Kitty! 🎀

We first met Tangie years ago produce a beautiful milestone event for her niece. Fast forward to her Pretty in Hello Kitty Pink inspired milestone celebration for herself! She didn’t just turn 50—she did it in STYLE and with INTENTION. With a curated guest list of 25 friends and family, the group was treated to a culinary delight featuring a multi-course dinner with signature cocktails, delightful surprises from welcome gifts to fuzzy pink slippers to dance the night away. 

Thank you for trusting us with such a special moment. It was truly a joy to celebrate YOU! Cheers to 50 and fabulous! 💖🎉

We had the honor of teaming up with for the inaugural Stem 4 ALL Leadership Symposium which brought over 80 Educators, Administrators and STEM Thought Leaders together in sunny San Diego, Dr. Leena Bakshi McLean and her team are making tremendous moves—bringing equity, social justice, and culturally responsive teaching to the forefront. 🌎

Why does this matter?
Many students of color in under-resourced schools don’t experience real science education until 5th or 6th grade.

Black, Hispanic, Latino, and Native American professionals make up just 23% of the STEM workforce—we have to change that. 🤎

The goal of this event? Making sure as many students as possible can see themselves in STEM. Representation matters. Access matters. And we were honored to be part of this important work! ✨

✨ The 3rd Annual Black Women in Data Summit proved to be a mix of the power three Ds: Deep Discussions, Data Skills Workshops and a whole lot of Dancing (oh yes, a time was had)!

From the thought leader herself, of Dr. Brandeis Marshall, has cultivated a space that centers Black women’s point of view in all spaces where data lives, offers opportunities for Black women to expand their data skills, and communicates issues and recommendations critical to Black women’s advancement in the data workforce.

📈 From Breakout Sessions with hands-on training and Main Stage Keynotes that fueled us all to elevate our game, the resources and connections were endless. 

Dr. B has curated a safe space for knowledge sharing, deep conversations, and pampering with personally curated swag, sponsored giveaways, and delicious meals from the VIP dinner to her signature “Meeting after the Meeting” Brunch. 

We’re proud to support this organization and celebrate Black excellence in the data sciences field. 2025 and 2025 planning is in the works and we can’t wait for the next one! 🙌🏾

The CartierWilson Southeast Education Summit gathered the leaders in thermoformers, fabricators and distributors of the plastic products industry to the heart of West Midtown Atlanta. ✨

From specifying materials to marketing finished goods, attendees learned strategies for success, networked with reps bringing new products to market, and gained valuable knowledge to boost their profits.

It wasn’t all business, though—there were plenty of fun Offsite activities that made the event a memorable experience for everyone, kicking off with a private dining experience at Cooks & Soldiers and concluding with competitive gaming at The Painted Duck.

Education + Networking + Partnership Building = A Successful Event Strategy!
