Hey everyone, my name is Dakota Joe and I’m the founder of . I tend to be more of a behind the scenes person, as I truly love to help my friends and promote others more than myself, but this is a special one for me. On July 25th, I’ll be spinning an extremely special birthday set for my 30th lap around the sun, and I’d love for you all to come meet me, say hi, and check out the special vibes I’ve been crafting the past few months. While I do not spin the typical genres and sets you hear around Atlanta, I borrow elements from a wide range of influences that we all love and deliver them so there’s something for everyone. I prefer to warm up the room with jazzy, worldy and soulful tunes that have a good bounce, and slowly take the energy up through my sets as I layer classic hip hop, house, & bass with taste. Joining me will be an amazing talent, friend and multi instrumentalist known as and I’m really excited to show you all something that I think is unique, different, and very cool. and I have done this together once, and the reception by the audience was everything I hoped for.
