Tried my hand for the first time at vegan "shrimp" 🍤 Made from King Oyster Trumpet Mushrooms. I will get better at the shapes later, (no biggie)the taste was excellent...I stuffed some sh*taki Mushrooms with cheese bread crumbs and the scraps...paired both with some creamy angel hair pasta...all in all.. 10+

I have been trying to get this seat 🛋 for a while, And today, exactly one year that Mother left her earthly form,(R.I.P Mama) I am proud and excited to say that I made it.
