n 2016 I began selling cheesecakes in The Virgin Islands. (STT 🏠 ) only to relocate (once again to (STX💕).

After “Irmaria”, my kids and I flew out on a mercy flight to Atlanta. Fast forward to 2019 when I began selling plates from home. I was determined to follow my affinity for culinary arts.

I graduated with my culinary degree and began Essence of cream and since then, I have worked with some wonderful clients. Many of you who have climbed those stairs to that old apartment time and time again. I’ve received calls and messages (some threatening 😅) because I was more focused on my catering and private chef experiences.

Atlanta has afforded me the opportunity for growth and you all have my undying love and gratitude for your endless support.

Now, I must say farewell as I embark on a new journey.
