If you’re ever in need of flowers - check our and . I admire their knowledge and work so much as they grow loads of amazing blooms locally.

It was such fun to receive flowers today from the 6th grade classes after their amazing performances of Hamlet. The 7th graders and I worked to remake the sets they used last year (for a beachy comedy) into a corporate high rise office space! We even made the elevator doors “work.” Having the flowers come from made it even better!

If you’re here looking for Valentine’s Day info, thanks, but I’ve put flowers on hold for the time being. At the end of September, I took a long term substitute position teaching art to 3rd-8th graders. It’s been a wonderfully timed gift for our family. It’s fun and challenging in unexpected ways and provides some consistency in income (running a business to make money isn’t my strongest skill set).

I’ll be there for the rest of this school year but still have my business legal. If you’ve got something big on the horizon, let me know - it just might work out.
