🌺🌴 Aloha is not just a greeting but a way of life 🌺🌴

And while Right on Pointe was in Hawaii, we embraced that aloha spirit in everything we did. We're reminiscing today about our amazing President’s Club with NAVEX at the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort in Maui, Hawaii. Our team organized once in a lifetime activities creating lasting memories for attendees. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, guests were treated to an immersive Luau, fresh hand shaved coconuts, temporary Polynesian tattoos, and so much more.

A President’s Club experience is not just about enjoying the location but taking the time to create camaraderie and bonds with colleagues. Winners and their guests were able to form connections throughout their time in Hawaii whether that was during one of the excursions, a relaxing day at the pool, or one of the fantastic meals they had on the island.

This famous mantra was fully embraced during our client's, , Sales Kickoff at Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway, and our team was happy to assist in the planning efforts.

Sessions were energizing and achievers were recognized with an impressive Ted Lasso lookalike (I mean who wouldn't want a folksy optimist handing you an award?). Oh, and we can't fail to mention some memorable karaoke performances (videos have only been shared with a select few 😉 ).

We had an extra special guest, Chappie the robot, at Solera's InsureTech Connect panel session 🤖. Chappie was just the right 'wow factor' Solera was looking for to draw attention to their AI panel session, AI Disruption: Supercharging Customer Experience in the Insurance Industry. He drew crowds of people to the doors, creating a buzz, and was the perfect smile in any photo taken. You could say Chappie was definitely the life of the party!

Please join us in wishing our amazing Marketing Event Manager, Nancy Lourentz, a very Happy Birthday!

Nancy has been with Right on Pointe for 1 year and 3 months. She said "YES!" to this opportunity because she was excited to experience her first chance at working in event marketing.

When she's not exploring new places in Georgia or hanging out with her newborn niece, she is spending time with her two cats, Sashimi and Karl. Sashimi is 10 years old, has moved with her 7 times and is the love of her life. Oh, and Karl wears a bowtie! 😻

If money were no issue, Nancy would be in Rio. It's been on her bucket list to travel to beautiful beaches, tropical rain forests and experience Carnival at least once in her life. Until that time comes, you can spot her at her favorite restaurant eating the best smoked salmon and drinking a grey goose dirty martini with cheese stuffed olives.

Please join us in wishing our amazing Director of Marketing and Events, Heather Helms, a very Happy Birthday!

Heather has been with Right on Pointe for 10 years!! 😮She joined to learn about events from a corporate perspective and loves being able to work so closely with her clients.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys playing with her beautiful daughter, Levee, who is her whole world. Along side them is their dog, Mogli, who is the QUEEN of their home and demands a pillow for nap time. Her less demanding pet is their fish, Luna.

Heather loves to reminisce about her favorite place she's traveled too which was Bali, but if she could pack up and leave today, she would love to travel to Ireland with her husband.

Heather's favorite quote is "No regrets that's my motto, that and everybody Wang Chung tonight." 😂 If this tells you anything about Heather, it's that she loves to leave you laughing and partly confused with her references.

Celebration Alert 🎉

Please join us in wishing our amazing Sr. Marketing Events Manager, Kim Kaiser, a very Happy Birthday!

Kim has been with Right on Pointe for 8 months now and loves that everyone here feels like family. Her favorite quote is "Choose a job that you love and you will never have to work a day in your life." ~ Confucius. We couldn't agree more, Kim!

One of the amazing things about Kim is she volunteers with Canine Assistants and Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta. She'll even bring in a fluffy golden into the office from time to time! Kim has her own dogs, Woody, a golden retriever, and Bella, a golden doodle, who as you can see in the photos above are PAWfect!

If money were no issue, Kim would be jetting off to Italy to see where her ancestors are from, experience the culture, and to eat her favorite Italian foods.

Leah has always had a passion for events and felt Right on Pointe was the perfect fit. "I love collaborating with my coworkers and seeing our visions come to life. It's an incredible journey to put so much time and effort into an event and then see the finished product and end user experience firsthand. I hope to continue to replicate those special memories," said Leah.

In her down time, she loves watching tv, eating at her favorite spots, and performing modern dance, which she studied in college. She also loves to cuddle up with Alpine, her white mini poodle mix.

If Leah could choose any destination to celebrate her birthday, she would choose a tropical destination where she could lounge on the beach with a drink. We don't blame her!
