For NIADA 2025, our goal for Solera was straightforward: ensure a seamless, organized presence where the team could connect with prospects, customers, and partners. We created a welcoming space that let conversations and product demos shine.

We were also honored to help plan and support their first Women Driving Automotive Forward Power Session at NIADA. It’s always meaningful to contribute to spaces where impactful conversations and community growth happen in their industry.

A PAWSitive Snowflake Summit with

At this year’s Snowflake Summit, we supported ThoughtSpot in bringing their in-booth experience to life. One of the standout attendee experiences was a custom puppy activation, where attendees could design a dog tag for their new plush pup or take one home to their real furry friend, complete with toys.

In addition to managing booth logistics with precision and ease, Right On Pointe also planned ThoughtSpot’s hosted evening event on a stunning rooftop just steps from Moscone. The evening featured an interactive drink activation that sparked connection and conversation, creating a memorable and energizing close to a successful day on the show floor.

How To Celebrate Success: Sunshine, Stingrays, and Spa Days in the Grand Cayman!

Right On Pointe was excited to help bring NAVEX’s President’s Club experience to life in Grand Cayman, and let’s just say it was anything but ordinary.

Winners and their guests were treated to relaxing spa days, adrenaline-packed wave-runner safaris, golf at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, and guided tours through the stunning Crystal Caves. They also set out on deep-sea fishing adventures, indulged in luxury shopping, and enjoyed island-style dining at some of Grand Cayman’s best restaurants. The custom-built mobile app kept everyone in the loop with real-time updates, complete itineraries, and a space to connect and share photos with fellow winners, ensuring no one missed a moment.

Every detail, from decor to destinations, was not just thoughtful but intentional. One of the most unforgettable moments? Releasing baby sea turtles at sunrise—a once-in-a-lifetime experience that made this trip truly magical.

It all wrapped with a party under the stars that celebrated big wins, bold goals, and the people who made them possible.
