At NAVEX’s recent Sales Kickoff, we shifted the event into high gear with a NASCAR-inspired theme that energized and unified the team. Here’s how we brought this vision to life:

Strategic Session Flow: The sequence of sessions were carefully orchestrated to maintain energy and importantly engagement. This further ensured the event finished on a high note that left attendees ready to race into the year ahead.

Show-Stopping Stage Design: An elevated stage created a bold first impression, setting the tone for an unforgettable kickoff experience.

Themed Integration: Ricky Bobby look-alike was recruited for this grand prix and made an encore appearance to celebrate with the team.

Precision Timing: Sessions ran seamlessly, with no unnecessary delays. The perfect race time was needed to keep the momentum going.

Our CEO, Sara Moseley, had the privilege of attending the ALHI Executive Women in Leadership event from December 11-13, 2024, at the iconic Breakers Palm Beach. Whimsical, Immersive, and Simply Unforgettable!

We turned the Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay into an enchanting garden paradise for Solera’s Customer Appreciation Event. Think smoked cocktails, a stunning champagne wall, living vine statues, and custom cigar rolling—every detail was designed to immerse guests in a magical experience.

But this event was more than just entertainment. It was an opportunity for the Solera team to deepen connections with loyal customers and spark relationships with new prospects, all in an atmosphere that left a lasting impression.

🇲🇽 Viva la Mexico 🇲🇽

Rhapsody’s President Club was a celebration to remember! Rhapsody's winners and their guests spent 4 days enjoying the luxury that Punta Mita had to offer. The festivities included but were not limited to relaxation at the team cabana, immersive tequila tasting, and a breathtaking sailing excursion. To conclude their time in Punta Mita, the winners and their guests had a fabulous 'White Party' with a backdrop of the Pacific Ocean.

AirPro continues to shatter expectations!

Right on Pointe was proud to partner with AirPro Diagnostics once again at Auto Glass Week™. This year, we focused on elevating the attendee experience from start to finish. Together, we:

- Established clear marketing goals to effectively communicate AirPro’s message pre-, during and post-show
- Enhanced the Auggie competition to increase engagement
- Incorporated gamification to drive interaction from the crowd

The result was a dynamic, interactive experience that truly resonated with attendees.

❄️ Chilled to perfection at the coolest event in town ❄️

What an incredible night at 'Chillin' with ERPA!' Hosted at the amazing Minus 5 Ice Bar in Las Vegas, ERPA welcomed over 300 guests for their first hosted event held in conjunction with Workday Rising! The DJ kept the energy high all night and a close-up magician kept the crowd entertained with his tricks.

Congratulations to ERPA on a fantastic event. Thank you for letting Right on Pointe be a part of the big night.

Texas – where the stars shine bright, but events shine even brighter!

Recently, Right on Pointe assisted Unit4 with their X4U conference, their first in-person event in three years! The team welcomed over 110 attendees to the Virgin Hotel in downtown Dallas. Attendees traveled from the United States, Canada, and select parts of Europe. During the two-day conference, guests took part in an executive led keynote, hands on demos, and multiple networking opportunities with their peers.

To close out the event, guests got to enjoy the tastes of Texas at The Ranch in Las Colinas. Thank you to Unit4 for choosing Right on Pointe to help elevate your events!

🌺🌴 Aloha is not just a greeting but a way of life 🌺🌴

And while Right on Pointe was in Hawaii, we embraced that aloha spirit in everything we did. We're reminiscing today about our amazing President’s Club with NAVEX at the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort in Maui, Hawaii. Our team organized once in a lifetime activities creating lasting memories for attendees. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, guests were treated to an immersive Luau, fresh hand shaved coconuts, temporary Polynesian tattoos, and so much more.

A President’s Club experience is not just about enjoying the location but taking the time to create camaraderie and bonds with colleagues. Winners and their guests were able to form connections throughout their time in Hawaii whether that was during one of the excursions, a relaxing day at the pool, or one of the fantastic meals they had on the island.
