🔥🍴CHEF SHOWDOWN🍴🔥

Our first Ramspeck Supper Club will feature Chef Terry Koval from The Deer and The Dove and our very own Chef Chris Morrison in a head to head showdown! Both chefs will prepare a 4-course menu of their own making, and YOU will be the judge. A winner will be announced at the end of the evening! If you’ve ever wanted to feel like Gordon Ramsay (but a sweetie pie version), this is your opportunity!

A few things to know:

-Menus will be revealed upon guest arrival (talk about suspense building!).
-Chefs will not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies for this evening. Assume meat, dairy, gluten, and other allergens will be present on these menus.
-Tickets are priced at $75 per person, and seating will be communal. We will do our best to accommodate group seating, as long as tickets are purchased as such.
-Ticket price includes gratuity, but does NOT include any purchases from the bar. Separate tabs will be opened for any bar purchases, and additional gratuity will be at the discretion of the guest.

January 22nd! 5-8pm at the Ramspeck! Come and see these incredible Chefs show down in a battle of deliciousness. Excited to see you there!

From Then to Now

At 18 years old, I walked into Bloomingdale’s and applied for a summer job. Little did I know that this one small act would lay the stepping stones for my life path. After a slightly nervous interview, I was ecstatic to be invited to employment at what I considered to be paradise! I was placed in the China & Crystal department, and the seed was planted. It wasn’t only the stunning patterns of Mottahedeh or the finely cut Baccarat goblets that captured my heart, it was the entire essence of The Wedding ~ the importance of culture and heritage, the intricacies of family relationships, the giddy anticipation of a brand new life... and of course the beauty. Being surrounded by beauty all day long certainly helps in developing one’s future plans, and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve come quite a distance since that first job, and have gathered much along the way. As owner of Three Little Birds Weddings, it’s now with passion and excitement that I awake each morning to see what the day will bring!

I welcome you to join me in a magical journey full of creativity, exploration, joy and fun as we work toward the most meaningful day of your lives! Are you ready?
