Had the absolute honor of capturing this sweet lady in her home of 70 years before moving onto her next chapter in life.
She is 99 years old and will be turning 100 in February.
Her granddaughters set up a slow living session for her, her daughter, and granddaughters to be in the moment together. They cooked some soup in the kitchen, made applesauce, and sat in the living room drinking coffee together.
I asked her if she had any advice for life in general.
"She said, the days you don't think you can get through, you always will."
