A lot of people have been reaching out about our holiday pre-orders. Currently going through Kindergarten flu season and it's hitting our family in waves. We've got all kinds of germs in this house that we feel is unsanitary to be preparing food in at this time. Due to this, we will be closing shop and not taking orders until our immune systems get a major upgrade and our house gets a very thorough deep clean. We will keep you updated when we are taking orders again.

Faire Moments is back and ready for orders! We’ll be taking order requests Monday-Thursday for delivery on Sunday. Special/custom orders will necessitate at least a week in advance notice with deposits and 2 dozen minimum order.

We will start off slow with our classic flavors: vanilla, strawberry and chocolate; and we’ll add more flavors as we rebuild momentum. Please DM me to place your orders! 6 macarons for $15, 12 macarons for $25.

This week’s batches are made with a whole lot of love, hope, and gratitude as a sincere thank you to Sandbrock Ranch Elementary for all that they’ve done and continue to do as my firstborn enters Kindergarten (her first time EVER away from us) this year.

We are so thankful for how wonderful and patient the staff have been from drop off to pick up and all the hours in between, and how hard they work to make sure they provide a safe and flourishing environment to learn and grow, allowing our children to find their independence and passion for learning.

Aaaaaannnnnnndddddd we’re back with a test batch to see if north Texas August climate is suitable for baking these temperamental treats. Haha

Texas humidity is no joke! Macaron tops are super temperamental and require a very controlled environment that’s very difficult to maintain from home. If the AC is off, the Texas humidity creeps in and causes too much moisture to build and the tops flatten. If the AC is on, the tops harden much too quickly and they crack during the baking process. It’s definitely a battle I’ve lost quite a few times the past couple of weeks!

That being said, these will be the last batches we make for this hot and humid summer season! Thank you all again for your support and understanding as we navigate through the seasonal obstacles of a home-based bakery in North Texas (not to mention the allergies!). Take care and stay cool!
