Bud break is here, and we’re celebrating with two glorious days of wine tasting across 21 Placer Wine Trail wineries! Explore the rolling vineyards of Auburn, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Loomis, Newcastle, Rocklin & Roseville as you sip on handcrafted wines and welcome the new season.

FIVE STARS!!

Here's what our guests who stayed Christmas week had to say about their stay.

We had a family Christmas gathering for our family of 14. The house is wonderful! From the spacious and well appointed home to the absolutely beautiful property and views. The house was beautifully decorated throughout for Christmas! The kitchen is fully equipped to handle large meals. The appliances are professional grade and the extra commercial fridge was a godsend. They had a heated tent set up outside for the ping pong table and co****le, which got a lot of use! We had a professional photographer come for a family portrait, and the expansive manicured grounds made for some stunning photos. The canoe and kayaks got lots of use and we caught several largemouth bass in the lake. Kids loved it! We used the fireplace every night. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas and an overlook which was great for watching all the beautiful birds around the property. The beds were comfortable and the furniture as well! The hosts are excellent communicators. We would stay here again!

This afternoon, fifteen guests will arrive at Oak Valley Estate to spend the Christmas holiday week.

Our guests let us know ahead of time that they like to stay active! And while the estate is a beautiful place to hang out on a rainy day, we wanted to accommodate their need for more robust recreation. And we did!

We installed a 20 x 30 tent with heaters, a ping pong table, corn hole and bistro sets. Our poker set will also get good use!

Creating memorable experiences for our guests is paramount at Oak Valley Estate.

We are currently booking for 2025 and hope to see you next year!

'Tis the season!!

Next week is the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting in Central Square November 30th at 5pm!! This is a wonderful event for the family!

Come hang out at the Monkey Cat before or after for delicious appetizers, drinks and dinner!!!

It’s also small business Saturday so make sure you shop all the wonderful small businesses in Auburn!

We love our local arts and artists! Colla Voce of the Sierra is an amazing semi-professional choir, and their performances are magical. On a side note, our founder Julia sings with this group! Tickets are available on line. You won't want to miss this beautiful experience!

Join us for "Merry Christmas with Love," a heartwarming concert celebrating the magic of the season, presented by Colla Voce Chamber Singers. Enjoy an enchanting evening filled with memorable songs "Remembering Decembers" and "Love is Christmas," along with other holiday favorites centered around love. Gather with family and friends to embrace the true spirit of love, joy and togetherness this Christmas!
