🚨TEAM MEMBER TUESDAY ALERT!!!🚨
This week’s Team Member introduction is Michael! While Michael may have only started here 2 months ago, he has actually been with Chick-fil-A for over 7 years!
Here at the Auburn Mall, we are so glad to have him on our team! His positivity and his desire to serve those around him does not go unnoticed! Michael is one of our Back of House team members but has a passion for the Front of House, especially since his favorite position is taking orders on our register!

Fun Facts About Michael!

1) His Absolute Go To Menu Item is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich BUT you have to take off the Pickles and add Colby Jack Cheese! OH! And don’t forget the Classic Chick-fil-A Sauce to go with it!

2) When Michael isn’t attending to guests or preparing their food in the kitchen, you can find him serving on the production staff at his Church on Sundays! He also enjoys spending time out in nature either by riding his bike or visiting the pool and beach!

3) Michael’s Favorite Thing about Working with Chick-fil-A: “I love seeing all the guests that come into our store and no matter how they are feeling, I get to serve them some chicken and make them feel better!”

Meet this week’s Team Member, Hannah! Hannah has been with us for 4 months now and has already shown us how hard she works and how dedicated she is to putting a smile on every guest’s face! Hannah is another one of our amazing Front of House Team Members and her favorite position is Organizing because she loves “making sure the guests are happy when they leave with their food”!

Fun Facts about Hannah!
1) Her Go To Menu Item is the 12 Count Nugget with Buffalo Sauce, Ranch, and a Frosted Coffee!! 😋
2) In her free time, Hannah loves to spend time with her husband, watching movies with her kids, and even quilting!
3) Her Favorite Part about working at Chick-fil-A “is the people. From our regular guests we see almost every day and remember by name, to coworkers who feel like family, and the wonderful leadership that’s always there to guide us. It’s been one of the best experiences of my life and the best job I’ve had.”

This week’s Spotlight is on our Team Member, Abi!
Abi has been such a ray of sunshine here for the past 6 months and we have been grateful having her on our team! She is one of our Front of House Team Members who loves organizing because it gives her the opportunity to “give the customers their food and wish them a wonderful rest of their day!”

Fun Facts about Abi!
1) Her Go To Menu Item is the 12 Count Nugget Meal with Fries, a Sweet Tea, and Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce. YUM 😋
2) When she is not on the floor serving guests, you can find her outside playing Lacrosse or spending time with her family (P.S her sister works here too!).
3) Favorite part about working here at CFA Auburn Mall: “My favorite part about working at Chick-fil-A in the Auburn Mall is how supportive everyone is. Several of my fellow Team Members and Colleagues attended my Signing Day Celebration to The University of Health Science and Pharmacy. I really appreciated seeeing all of my friends and coworkers there to support me. Working at CFA Auburn Mall really feels like a family.”

We are thrilled to introduce our newest Operator of Chick-fil-A Auburn Mall- Brandon Powell!

Brandon, and his wife Katie, both alumni of Smiths Station High School and Auburn University, were born and raised in Lee County and are excited to be back home, serving the community they love.

Brandon’s Chick-fil-A story began in the Auburn Mall, where he worked as a team member through college while also working for the Auburn Athletics Department and Smurfit Westrock. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and began working for International Paper before eventually getting an opportunity to return to Chick-fil-A and pursue his goal of becoming an Operator. Brandon has actively pursued this goal for the past 7 years. The last 4 years he served in Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program which led his family to 20 different assignments across the country opening new restaurants and managing existing restaurants on an interim basis.

What a blessing it is for Brandon & Katie to be back where it all began, raising their precious 2 year old daughter, Jessie.
