Surprise post! I just picked my last Sunflowers this morning. These are my last two buckets! I will have free little bouquets at the end of the driveway at some point today so stay tuned for that post for when they're ready!

The Sunflowers are sadly coming to an end. I picked for one of the last times tonight so stay tuned for a surprise post in the morning. With that being said, I will be starting to collect sunflower seeds anytime now. If you're interested in a packet of Sunflower seeds, let me know soon so I can make sure I get enough seeds. I delivered a total of 9 bouquets on Monday! I didn't get any pictures because I was in such a hurry to get things done but I got it done in time. Picture is from my Mom at work. Thank you, Mom for the big order and thank you, Robin for grabbing another! It definitely was the highlight of my day.

Happy Flower Friday! The Sunflowers are sadly coming to an end but I'm getting excited to start collecting the seeds for next year. I started collecting my Cosmo and Black Eyed Susan seeds already and will have a million seeds again. The bees are happily buzzing around and collecting all that pollen from the Sunflowers. Loving ask the busy bee pollen booties for sure!

I'm so excited about these beauties from Floret Flower Farm! These are my Dawn Creek Blush Zinnias. The first 4 pictures are the same flower all in different stages of blooming. The longer I wait, the better it gets. These are just being saved for seeds because I didn't have a great year with the rain. I'm just happy I got 20 sprouts saved from the wet field. The last couple pictures are for the blush color as this one really shows it. Hopefully I'll be able to some day have enough seeds to plant for my bouquets! These are just being open pollinated so I will have a mix from the seeds. I have 3 of these Zinnias in the greenhouse to hopefully hand pollinate to keep those true to Dawn Creek Blush. The beetles were really loving my Zinnias. I finally got some pest control around them and they have stayed away.
