March 1st is Mardi Gras day. "Fat Tuesday." To celebrate this great occasion we are having Mardi Gras weekend 2/25 and 2/26. The weekend before fat Tuesday. Even though we cannot do the same activities as New Orleans does, we can still have a great celebration. Patrons can dress up if they like, wear mask if you want to. We hope to have beads and mask for sale at the shop on this weekend. Come on down anytime next weekend and let's make it a party. Plenty of activities to do. Try our Karaoke and entertain the others. Remember every Friday this month is ladies night. Ladies get 50% off on axe throwing on this night. Hope to see every one there.

Due to the rising cost of operations THE APPALACHIAN AXE Throwing & Billiards CHALLENGE are force to raise our rate. Starting 02/01/22 our throwing rates will be $20.00 per person per hour.
We think you will still find our rates to be the lowest rates around.

Now offering "Ladies Night" from now until the end of February. From 7PM till closing every Friday night ladies can throw axes for half price. Also any pay by the hour entertainment venue will also be half price for the ladies.

THE APPALACHIAN AXE CHALLENGE is having some trouble with the former owners not taking their former page and web site down so when people look for us their site gives them the wrong phone numbers. If people could please get the word out that this is our site THEAPPALACHIANAXECHALLENGE so more people can find us.

THE APPALACHIAN AXE CHALLENGE will be hosting "SANTA AT THE AXE SHOP" on 12/4. Come say hi to santa and take a picture with him. Make it a family pic if you want. Santa will be expecting to see everyone there so come on down and have some fun.

THE APPALACHIAN AXE CHALLENGE will be open on 12/3 during our town's christmas parade. Our concession will be operating and we will be serving hot chocolate for $1.00 per cup. So come in, get warm, have a cup of our hot chocolate and just check us out while your there.

BLACK FRIDAY sales is coming to the axe challenge. Starting this Friday 11/26 THE APPALACHIAN AXE CHALLENGE deals include pay for 30 minutes get another 30 minutes for free. 2 people can play for 30 minutes for a total of $10.00. 2 for 1 sale.
2 pool tables, Karaoke, darts, 7 lanes of axe throwing fun, concessions. We now have the "NASCAR" sit down arcade driving game.

We're pleased to announce "The APPALACHIAN MOBILE AXE CHALLENGE" will be attending the 2021 Renaissance Festival Saturday 11/6/21. There's gonna be lot's of activities, vendors and performing arts. Take a step back in time and mingle with all the themed characters. Take lots of pictures and be sure to try your skills at axe throwing. $5.00 for 5 throws. Come on down to dowdy park and have a good time. Hope to see you there.

The Appalachian "Mobile" Axe Challenge is proud to announce we will be set up at the "Pumpkin Palooza" in Summerville this Saturday 10/30/21. $5.00 for 5 throws from 10 - 2 and handing out candy to the kiddos during the Halloween walk from 11 - 1. Come out and see us there.

Th Appalachian Mobile Axe Challenge will be at "The Haunted Trail" in Mountain View this Saturday 10/16/21. $5.00 for 5 throws. Come on out get your scare on in the haunted trail, which is free, test your axe throwing skills or learn how to throw from our friendly staff, grab yourself a dog and hang out with friends. Gonna be a blast. Hope to see you all there this Saturday.
