Thank you for a fun and crazy opening day yesterday! We appreciate your patience as we reopen this year.
Why a soft opening when we are not NEW?
A. We’re seasonal
B. Because we’re seasonal, we have lots of new employees to train!
C. A lot changes from season to season and that creates a need to ease into our opening even for our experienced staff. We work out kinks, try new things, and generally recalibrate. Thus, a discounted menu.
