The Augusta University Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Isaac Brinberg, presents a musical tribute to the birthday anniversaries of Bedrich Smetana (200th) and Gabriel Fauré (100th), and the music of Nancy Galbraith. Homages features Denis Petrunin on percussion.
Also taking the stage will be the The Davidson Fine Arts Band and Symphonic Band with their Pre-LGPE Performance.

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carol. Adapted by Melanie Kitchens O'Meara with Amber Jordan and Shiloh Reimche Directed by Melanie Kitchens O'Meara with Kayla Johnson Theatre AUG as we fall down the rabbit hole of this creative original adaptation of Lewis Carroll's classic tale, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Children and adults alike will delight in the whimsical and dreamlike staging inspired by the surreal illustrations of artists like Salvidore Dali and Andrea D'Aquino.Performances: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, November 9-11, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, November 12, at 3 p.m..

It's getting spooky tonight as the Ghost of Hamlet's father haunts the theatre. (read here by Matthew Gunter, an Augusta University English Major).
The ghost promises to return tonight and it could be you, or someone you bring with you to read HAMLET tonight as part of Speaking Shakespeare at 5:30 p.m. in the Maxwell Theatre Lobby.
No Shakespeare experience is necessary. Scripts are provided, and there is a special treat for all who come. It is almost Halloween after all.
