Texas size Resort style ranch estate home which sits in the middle of scenic 26 acres and located minutes away from Texas Motor Speedway, Alliance Airport, Tanger Outlets. It's also at a convenient drive to any of the DFW Metro cities. This home can accommodate up to 25 guests for family reunions or just for a weekend get together. We also offer packages to host events such as Wedding/Reception, q

uinceañera, Bar and bat mitzvah, Graduation or Holiday parties, Birthdays, Baby/Bridal Showers or any other events that are special to you. This ranch home is over 6500 SFT and comes with 11 bed rooms offering 17 beds (3 King Beds, 5 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Beds, 4 Bunk Beds, 3 Sofa Beds, 1 Baby Crib) and 10.5 Bath Rooms. You can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets in a rural setting and yet pamper yourself with modern day amenities such as a spacious Kitchen with Granite countertops, Professional grade Stainless Steel Appliances, Living Room with a 70" HD TV, Game Room (with tons of Board games, Dart board, Pool table, Air Hockey etc.), Swimming Pool, Hot Tub and a Fitness Center. The family room is nicely decorated with overstuffed leather furniture, a flat-screen TV, a family-sized dining table, and one of a kind rustic decor elements. At night, you can do star gaze to enjoy bright and clear stars while roasting the smores by fire or simply cooling off in the pool. This home is tastefully curated for you to Unplug, Relax & Recharge! The property is pet friendly and you can bring your pets by paying an additional charge. Guests are welcome to roam around our 26 acres, but make sure to bring your boots and bug spray to stay safe! Within a few minutes of this estate home, you'll find beautiful South Wise County Park which is located near the northern shores of Eagle Mountain Lake. This offers a public boat ramp, plenty of shoreline for bank fishing, and a picnic area. This lake hosts several yearly sailing regattas, and it is a foremost venue for the Texas Yacht Racing circuit. Sailors take every advantage of the breezes supplied by mother nature at every opportunity. Wakeboarding, water skiing, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and pontooning provide water lovers with days of fun during warm weather.
