𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻” 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁! Thank you to our actors – Austin, James, Matt, Randy, Emily, Kaity, Mike, Hilarie, Lauren and Suzanna – for bringing our seducers and the seduced to life, and thank you to our directors – Linda, Kathryn, Joi and Lorraine – for guiding them down the precarious path of persuasion. Thank you to our playwrights – Dan, Donna, Toby, D.J., Steven, Rosemary and Carl – for their tales of temptation and enticement. Finally, thank you to Beth, Bernie, Jeremy, John and the ushers, who guided our audience to, in, and out of the theater with grace and style!

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 (𝘆𝗲𝘀, 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿!) 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝟳𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀. “The Art of Seduction” marked the seventh show with One Night Stand for actors Emily Gomes and Lauren Russell, playwright Donna Hoke, and sound designer Jeremy Osborne! One Night Stand Theater is looking for fractured fairy tales and folklore for our April 13 production, a one-night-only evening of staged readings called “𝗕𝗮𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.” We’re looking for short plays, short stories and poems on the themes of fairy tales, folk tales and children’s stories. Revised, parodied, comedic, dramatic, modernized, satirized, or thought-provoking…send us your take on a timeless tale or two.

The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, February 25; limit 3 plays or stories per writer; send them to 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀@𝗢𝗻𝗲𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿.𝗼𝗿𝗴. If we feature your play, story or poem in the show, we offer a small honorarium and two comp tickets for the performance (at Vintage Theatre in Aurora, Colorado). Plays can be new or old; there are no restrictions on whether the pieces have been previously produced.
