Everyone please note the change in our location in Byers tomorrow. We will be parked at Ladybug Landing rather than the off ramp lot from 10:30 - 3pm.

The zip line is right overhead, the Epic Sky Trek Course and the band to our left.

Thank you to the I-70 Chamber of Commerce for having us cater their Lunch and Learn event yesterday. They requested 7 Layer Dip, Chicken Enchilada Casserole, Beef and Bean Taco Casserole, Guacamole and Chips with garnishments and homemade cookies. We were happy to provide! Thank you to everyone at Party in the Park at Bennett tonight for your patience with us while we served in such heat! When it's 90 outside, it's 120 inside the truck, and worse in front of the grill. You were all very gracious and understanding. We love our customers!

We're closed to the public but serving the homeless downtown today with Free Spirit Ministries, Giving Heart and Mosaic Church. So happy to be a part of this awesome ministry. Thank you to Dennis and CARES Foodbank in Strasburg for their donations as well!

We're at Quint Valley Fairgrounds again today until 5ish or when it slows. Breakfast is served!

We’ve had a dream for years to open a food truck, and finally, it’s our reality. Josh is our head chef, has a culinary background and a passion for cooking. Wife Shannon handles the scheduling, social media and other behind scene tasks. From raising six sons between us, we've come to understand the need for quality food at reasonable prices.
