Just a reminder. Preorders for holiday meals are being taken now. Twenty six slots are available between November 27 from 9a-5p and November 28 from 9a-12p. The Thanksgiving slots will go fast. Once your order is made, we will discuss your pickup time. Orders must be made and paid for no later than November 21(I wouldn't wait that late).

We are approaching these holiday months pretty fast. So it is time to do our deep fried turkey sell. November 27 and 28 will be your pickup days. Another good year at the ATX bbq cook off. I want to give all the glory to GOD for allowing us to do what we love to do. Rico Smith, Pablito Smith, and Bruce Alright a.k.a Fredirico..lol. Thank y'all for alowing me to be a part of such an awesome team. Thanks to all our sponsors this year, we definitely couldn't have done it without y'all. Family and friends we appreciate the love and support that you showed us over the past couple of days. We went from a tent that was not participating in the donation part for the rodeo. To saying hey let's do it, and ending up with lines like this. Really turned out to be so much fun. Still waiting on final judgements to see where we placed.

It’s early October and I’ve already been asked about the deep fried Cajun turkeys/regular turkeys for thanksgiving. Starting today I’m taking prepaid orders up to November 18th. I’m also selling half pan sized of green beans, collard greens, potato salad, dressing, dirty rice or mac and cheese. Pickup times will be available on November 22 starting at noon. If needing a Turkey before thanksgiving day, please make your payment 4 days before. Prices of items for sell is listed below. Fried Turkey………$60 Collard Greens…..$50 Dirty rice……………$40 Green beans………$30 Mac and cheese…$50 Potato salad……….$30 Dressing…………….$30 Please dm for payment options. Also to set times for pickup.
