Fast Signs Grand Rapids at SXSW
Making Half Step our little home for the past week wouldn't have been possible without our pals FASTSIGNS Grand Rapids! Not only did they take our designs and turn them into real-life works of art, but they did it quickly and are some of the nicest people we've ever met.
The road to @sxsw is long and takes a village, but things feel a little easier when you have some incredible team members by your side.
Our Michigan Day panels were enriching, enlightening, and engaging with every speaker that took the mic.
The importance of partnerships across public, private, and academic institutions, startups from Michigan achieving billion-dollar valuations (and the increased trend of these valuations across the Midwest), along with entrepreneurs and innovators finding promise in the Great Lakes State has us energized for what’s next for the Midwest.
In classic Midwestern-hospitality fashion, we capped it off with a Detroit-style pizza party 🍕🎉
