Something SO important that we need to talk about is managing wedding day stress...

Stress is the absolute WORST! Especially on your wedding. One of my biggest tips to those worried about having stress on their wedding day is to number one, delegate tasks to your family and friends. I've said this before and I will continue saying it!

Number two is practicing self care. Make sure you are getting a ton of sleep the night before, are eating, and drinking enough water. It's so simple but can easily become forgotten.

Wedding day stress is NO joke! Be sure to take care of yourself and ask your friends and family for anything you might need!🤍
