I began my love affair with food sitting on my mother's kitchen counter. At age four, I decided to make a Fruit Loop pie, and I've been combining unique flavors ever since. Food is my passion, and I am a firm believer that it is strongly associated with our best memories. I strive to bring those experiences to my table and guests. I'm also a bit of a geek and love the science behind the process--whether it's using liquid nitrogen in the kitchen or using fermented garlic. To me good food is the most universal way to communicate friendship, love, caring. My philosophy is simple, "Always put the love in the food."
Chez Vous 512 was created and designed with the desire to bring that love and new dining experiences directly to your home. A personal chef experience is all about creating a distinctive culinary experiences. With practice anyone can cook good food, but a personal chef event is about the entire journey and process. I want to bring a unique dining and culinary experience to Austin that are personal, fun, and creative. Rather than the typical catering approach that utilizes standard menus and offerings, I work directly with you to create dishes and experiences as unique as you and your guests.
Creating memorable and creative dining and entertainment experiences is my passion. Forging longstanding relationships with local providers and markets, I know the best places to source seasonal, fare trade, and locally raised ingredients for your event. And my commitment to each client is that I will personally ensure that your experience and that of your guests is exceptional, and I will always put the love in the food.
