Six years ago today I put Chez Vous 512 into the world. I had an idea that I wanted to bring people together through food with personalized experiences. It hasn’t always been easy, and I certainly learned a lot through trial and error. But one thing has remained constant—the joy I get from connecting people and food. Thank you to my clients, my online watchers during Covid, and especially to those who supported and believed in me. I love what I do.
