Hello everyone. It is with a humble heart that I bring you some sad news this morning. Reflectionz BBQ and More will no longer be located in Alice’s Food Yard. I am currently looking for another trailer/ truck along with a place to open up for business. Please say a prayer for me as I go through this process and hopefully I’ll be back up and running sooner than later. I’m still available for drop off catering for any event. Two months post surgery and I’ve been cleared by the doctor to return back to work. Still have some restrictions I must follow. I’m pushing to be completely open by the first week of October. I still have some work to do as far as strengthening my knee, but I’d like to thank everyone for your prayers, donations, and any assistance that was provided during this time. I love you all.

Update: Therapy is going well. Range of motion for my knee is suppose to be at 90 degrees for week 6. I’m currently at 105 degrees. Only pain I have is around the surgery site that mostly happens during the sleeping hours. Was told I could start working 3-4 hours a day to ease back into working. Knowing that I will need more hours to be fully open. I’ll just hold off a little longer. I can do catering (drop offs) if anyone is interested. Again I want to thank everyone for their well wishes, groceries/food sent, and donations. Have a blessed day!

Follow up visit with doctor today determined that it will most likely be close to 4 weeks to safely return to work. Bummer, I know. But the risk of doing damage to the knee on the terrain that I have to walk on daily is just not safe for a healing knee. Keep praying for me and when I’m back. I’t will be all hands on deck. Gotta keep the dream alive. Many people to thank so far and you know who you are. Please keep supporting .

Surgery was a success. Should be starting rehab next week. Doctor is allowing me to put weight on leg and walk. As long as I have my brace on and using crutches. Still no time frame on when I will be back at the truck. I will update when I know. Thanks again for all your support.

I’m closing my doors today. I’m preparing for surgery on Friday and the rehabilitation afterwards. I not sure as of now when I will open back up. I pray it will be sooner than later. I appreciate everyone who has shown support to us since I opened 4 months ago. Without you there is no Reflectionz BBQ and More. Keep me in your prayers and I’ll see you all when I re-open. Stay blessed!!!
