Working on some new Potato 🥔 dishes for the Fall Newsletter. It’s going to be all about one if not my favorite starch Potatoes!
This video is a blanching and frying technique where you first blanch the Potatoes in salted water until fork tender. You then fry them in olive oil until starting to get crispy. At the end add some Butter, Garlic and Rosemary. Once melted, use that flavored butter to infuse into the Potatoes. It’s really f$&%^*ing good! 👍🏼
