Alyssa meets every challenge with fresh eyes and an open mind—seeing possibility where others see roadblocks. Equal parts strategic, creative, and deeply human, she’s the growth-mindset leader who asks, listens, learns, and then builds the solution.
In the last year alone, she:
• Helped lead and speak at “Beyond the Bar” at IMEX, advancing real conversations around sobriety and inclusivity in events.
• Championed innovative answers to Austin’s convention center closure by designing “mini-wide” experiences that connected multiple properties in new ways.
She radiates the kind of energy you can’t fake—curious, collaborative, and all-in.
