WE’RE HIRING!

Don’t get it twisted - this team sits at desks and does a lot of computer work. But we also create event experiences for anywhere from 50 to 2500 people at a time, work with the best vendors and venues in both Austin and Montana, and give our team great benefits along the way (from good insurance, 401k, PTO and team offsite).

We are looking for a new producer to join our team! Ideally with DMC experience, but not a requirement.

Some uniques on how we work: you manage your clients from ideation -> ex*****on. From your creative pitch (with team support), to client and vendor communications, budgeting, and then onsite management (with operation support).... our team is a great place for those left meets right brain folxs who love day-to-day variance and never want to feel like a caged bird.

Fifth Street DMC is entering our 25th year and we hope you share this with anyone who wants to join this creative, chaotic, satisfying, fun business who may be looking for something new.

Our aka Operations Manager is spreading her wings (quite literally, moving away to Charlotte NC) where she’ll be joining our partner brand as their Sr. Event Producer!

We will miss the daily fits, expense reports check ins, “ooooh, wooooow!” reactions and hearing “Babe…” on a hourly bases

Hallie’s passion for the fast-paced, controlled chaos of event production is unmatched, and we’re thrilled to have her as an event producer on our team! If you know or have worked with her - you’ve experienced her infectious energy and meticulous attention to detail that make every event a FUN and unforgettable experience.

We love that whether she’s attending concerts (most recently Parcels at Red Rocks), or organizing incredible trips around the world with friends, she lives the life she wants: on purpose!

WHAT’S IN A NAME?… When we set to rebrand in late 2022, it was no small decision. This is our 25th year in business and we’re proud of a long history in Austin AND Montana as the first DMC (Destination Management Co) in each location.

….That means 20+ years of being known in our city under our previous name.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The exploration of our forever name had us dwelling on location - specifically our ATX HQ on E. 5th Street.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Almost every city has a 5th street - and it’s for the locals to know.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fifth Street is more than just a physical location – it represents the heart of our communities, where stories are shared and connections are made. It’s an opportunity to honor the unique fabric of the cities we call home. It’s an homage to our roots, a celebration of place, and a promise to always look beyond the map to create bespoke experiences that are bursting with curiosity and rooted in local magic.
