Alyssa meets every challenge with fresh eyes and an open mind—seeing possibility where others see roadblocks. Equal parts strategic, creative, and deeply human, she’s the growth-mindset leader who asks, listens, learns, and then builds the solution.

In the last year alone, she:
• Helped lead and speak at “Beyond the Bar” at IMEX, advancing real conversations around sobriety and inclusivity in events.
• Championed innovative answers to Austin’s convention center closure by designing “mini-wide” experiences that connected multiple properties in new ways.

She radiates the kind of energy you can’t fake—curious, collaborative, and all-in.

Alyssa is shaping what the future of destination experiences can look like, and we’re incredibly proud to have her on our team.

In 2017, we were nominated in the "Best Creative/Teambuilding Event" category at the ADMEI Achievement Awards. 2014 heralded a "Best Multi-Day Event For a Corporation or Organization” nomination at the Special Event Gala Awards, and in 2013, founder Natalie Kennedy was named Best Female Entrepreneur at the Stevie Awards.That year, Kennedy was called one of the Best Places to Work in Central Texas by Austin Business Journal -- a title we take seriously to this day.
