Our gelato is made from scratch daily using all-natural ingredients sourced from Italy, crafted with the highest grade, state-of-the-art machinery also imported from Italy, ensuring consistent quality and freshness.

Dolce Bacio is born to explain and teach the people differences from authentic products and chemical one (ice cream), giving an emotional experience tasting our 5 star Artisan Gelato.

Our Skilled Chefs are able to balance recipes with any ingredients after studying to Gelato University in Italy and they are still improve their skills to give you the best Artisan Gelato ever.

To make/buy and sell ice cream is easy with chemical powders and any knowledges, but only few people are able to make Authentic Artisan Gelato from scratch with natural ingredients. This is the Main difference from 2 frozen desserts, the Knowledges and the Passion!
