Thanks to all our Austin Chapter NARPM members who made 2023 an excellent year. We had a wonderful time at our annual Christmas party. The new Austin Chapter Board of Directors is ready to move us into 2024 with a bang! Remember Austin Area NARPM will reimburse the first 10 professional members for attending this event (Must have paid 2023 Chapter Dues). Reimbursement is for $25 BBQ lunch or $35 for BBQ + Bus Ride, so save your receipt.

Plan on joining ABoR and Texas REALTORS® on March 22 for REALTOR® Day at the Capitol, where we, along with other REALTORS® from across the state, will meet with legislators to discuss issues affecting private property owners and the real estate industry.

Texas legislators will be taking up major challenges this session that have a direct impact here in Central Texas, including property taxes, sales price disclosure, HOA reform, and so much more. Central Texas REALTORS® live with the Capitol in our backyards, so let's not let this opportunity pass us by!

Thanks to all of you that attended today’s lunch meeting! Rhonda Hamilton, our featured speaker, helped us dissect personalities to help us resolve conflict in our everyday lives. Emily Blair and Paul Cauduro from the Austin Apartment Association also addressed the City of Austin’s push for a permanent notice to cure for all evictions and what we can do to get involved. And salmon! 😋

If you are an Austin NARPM Professional Member, please join us tomorrow on a ZOOM call with the City of Austin's Office of Civil Rights to discuss 2 of the recent rental resolutions regarding evictions. You are not required to speak, but please join us to show your support as we fight to protect our private property rights. The meeting is 3/10/2022 2pm-4pm. Hello Everyone!

We are excited to announce that our next chapter meeting will be in person at the Austin Board of Realtors. In the coming days, we will be sending out a registration link for everyone.

We will be holding a round table conversation with new and past chapter leaders to discuss the state of our chapter. We encourage everyone who can to please attend.
